In December, 2005, SYS Technologies acquired cVideo, a leading provider of software-based integrated digital video applications used in video surveillance, integrated security, and loss prevention solutions for commercial, industrial, and governmental applications. cVideo is part of the SYS Technologies Public Safety, Security, & Industrial Systems group. cVideo was a spin-off from Cubic Corporation, a 50-year old, publicly traded $750 million annual sales revenue company. cVideo products record, transmit, and enable viewing of video across local and wide-area networks. Archiving and storage features, combined with remote network accessibility and video intelligence, give the industry a new paradigm. Video Intelligence (cVI)

cVI provides affordable video intelligence technology that delivers a customized video detection and alert solution for automated surveillance of any structure or area. It intelligently detects and tracks motion and nonmotion, such as unattended bags, humans, animals, and other objects.

Central Monitoring

cVideo Monitoring provides interactive video and audio surveillance. It integrates with existing alarm automation software. It gives operators immediate access to live video associated with alarms from customer sites. It includes 8-zone audio, broadcast, and guard tour capabilities.

Point of Sale (POS)

cVideo POS captures cash register information and synchronizes it with video. Suspicious transactions can be analyzed by viewing video and transaction information side by side. It supports more than 60 point-of-sale systems, and significantly reduces shrinkage and increases productivity and profits.

NetManager

cVideo NetManager provides enterprise-wide system management for health checks, updates, configuration, and reporting on a virtually unlimited number of video servers from a single remote desktop PC. Customized web-based reports provide instant access to status history, system uptime, failures, and more.

UVMS

cVideo UVMS offers a Network Video Recording (NVR) Solution. It enables you to mix/match analog and IP cameras with the same system. It offers advanced recording, camera mapping, and image replay functions and scalability.
